Connection Circles Day Camp gives girls ages 8-13 a welcoming place to explore their unique gifts. Through creative movement, storytelling, art, and taking time to tune into nature, we offer girls tools to find their center, build confidence, and a sense of belonging to a community of sisters.
1000's of girls in our community are beginning their journey into womanhood. Let us share with them the skills they need to navigate their way through the many changes they are already beginning to feel.
This can be both an exhilarating and confusing time, so connecting in a small group, learning about the cycles of nature, expressing their creativity through art and food, and trusting their intuition can bring understanding and peace not only to your daughter but also to you as a parent.
Girls 8-13 years old will learn friendship skills to build a circle of rising sisters, practice authentic expression / communication and learn about emotional and physical self-care.
Some of the activities included: nature craft/ art projects, creating emotional expression tools to use at home and connecting through storytelling and songs.

Connection Circles - Girl's Day Camp program will include:
* Building a toolkit of creative ways to express emotions
* Experiencing playful daily yoga and meditation practice
* Connecting with the Earth through gardening with native plants
* Learning to consciously harvest plants from the garden
* Collectively creating drinks and recipes with plants in the garden
* Expressing emotions through art and movmement
* Many quality crafts and activities to create community,
connection and confidence
Imagine your daughter coming home after camp with her artwork, crafts and plants, but also much more than that: a sisterhood bond, tools to better handle her emotions, and an appreciation for nature and the cycles of life.
